1. KYC Policy
Cloud Messaging Solutions LLC requires business verification for all partners. Resellers must provide: website verification, business use case, tax ID (EIN or equivalent), proof of address, government-issued ID, business registration documents. Downstream customer KYC and ongoing monitoring apply.
2. Anti-Spam Policy
Zero tolerance for spam. Requirements: DNC compliance, opt-out in every message and honored within 24 hours, prior consent for marketing, no prohibited content (SHAFT, phishing, fraud, etc.).
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Platform only for lawful business messaging. Prohibited: unsolicited messages, reselling to unverified entities, circumventing opt-out, illegal or deceptive content, impersonation, malware.
4. Data Privacy
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256); access controls; data retention per regulations; incident response procedures.
📜 Regulatory Compliance
TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA, 10DLC, GDPR where applicable, CASL for Canadian traffic.
⚖️ Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension, termination, investigation, and reporting to authorities as required.
5. How We Collect Consent
Recipients opt in to receive messages through our SMS sign-up form, partner website forms, or keyword-based opt-in (texting a keyword to a designated number). We maintain records of each consent event including timestamp, source, and method. For full details, see our SMS Opt-In & Consent page.
